Full sleep assessment + 2-hour in-home consultation Bespoke plan + live naptime coaching during my visit 3 weeks of WhatsApp support (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm, up to 2 responses daily) 3x weekly follow-up calls Optional add-on: Overnight support (7pm–12am) — £333 Additional travel cost may be incurred out of area.
