Service Description

An initial 20 min call to discuss your current routine. A Personal Sleep Plan. Home visit for up to 3 hours to give you hands on support and the confidence to get you started (usually 11am-2pm) Following my visit 10 day unlimited contact via text/email to support you in implementing your routine and a 20 minute follow up call. Additional travel cost may be incurred out of area.
